Location a little bit far from center but reachable with a good 15/20 min walk or 5min using local taxi app (Grab). As of november 2023, nearby mall is unfortunately nearly empty

Despite the drawbacks, the convenient location and the welcoming staff made for an overall decent stay at Fairfield by M

The property's location is excellent, and the modern design adds a refreshing touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The rooms were not too spacious, and I had to adjust the furniture to create a prayer space. It would be great if dedicated prayer mats were provided. Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of old prawn skin, from the moment we entered.

Great for Short Stay Business Traveler!

Small and cozy room. Fresh new and bright furniture. Very comfortable beds and linen. The hotel smells fresh and new. Love the facilities inside the room, including the table and chairs. Surrounding area is quiet and safe and spacious. Love the restaurant's food menu and their interiors. Fast and easy check in and check out.

The room has a poor view of the back alley. Location is quite poor as it is not within walking distance to the malls, restaurants and other known attractions. Need to take a taxi all the time.

The lift is fast. Check-in and check-out is smooth. Clean and sleek.

just ok but not that worth

I had booked 3 rooms and request to have a connecting room. Did mention no connecting rooma available Like the front offfice staff who are able to listen to my request 1. The 1st room assigned - air cond was dripping and not cold at all 2. Found out 1 of the booking room was a connecting room then request to move to beside connecting room - but front office stated the room was in maintenance 3. Did changed the room to the connecting room after maintenance was done Front office should make more initiative move to let customer more satisfied with the stay Room view was pretty. Toilet was clean. I did order a salad and paid for it but did not received, but the room service did send to me again.

The rooms was dusty. My mother and I after sleep 1 night was itchy and bit by insect. The shower holder is fragile where pull harder would fall off. Another room that was okie in the afternoon when check In, found out the aircond was not cold in the night Room service a bit slow food just warm cold, ayam pansuh was just okie, the rice seem not fully cooked, cocktail was good

Generally OK if you get the right room!

The room opposite the street side was very quiet, though small. As we have a car that is too high to fit in the basement, we were allowed to park it in front of the main entrance, which we appreciated. The ladies at the reception welcomed us always with a smile, which felt good.

Within a couple of weeks, in December 2022 and January/February 2023 we stayed four times in this hotel. Two times we were happy with everything (we did not have breakfast though). But on the third and forth time we were annoyed. When we checked out on the third time we mentioned at the reception that our room on the 7th floor had ants everywhere and that the shower did not drain. And when we checked in the forth time two weeks later, it happened that we got exactly the same room. The ants were still there and the shower did not drain either. Nothing had been made in between!
